Young Dothan Female Arrested for Theft and Fraud

On January 8, 2014 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent theft investigation.

Investigators say that on December 26, 2013, the victim used a credit/debit card to pay for services at the �Atlanta Bread Company� located at 3070 Ross Clark Circle. After the payment was made, the victim failed to retrieve that credit/debit card from the cashier, Alisa Pierson. Pierson, who is unknown to the victim, kept the credit/debit card and later used it to make multiple purchases without permission.
Pierson was taken into custody and has been charged with second degree Theft of Property and two counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit.
Alisa Marie Pierson, white female, 24years of age, of Mallon Street was arrested and charged with second degree Theft of Property and two counts of Fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit. Bond amounts were set and totaled $7,500.00. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
