Blackburn man's £30,000 charity fraud case discontinued




THE case against two men charged with £30,000 charity fraud has been discontinued.
Zunaid Patel, 31, of Burnley Road, Blackburn, and Asif Gaffar Vindhani, 43, of Adlington Road, Leicester, were due to stand trial at Preston Crown Court accused of making a false representation to HMRC intending to make a gain in respect of Help Africa between January and September 2012.
